Would love to hear you answer listener questions on each episode. I’m sure there are a bunch of great questions the audience would have. I would love to know the moment you decided Scientology was not for you both. Also, I imagine there was a time when you would do almost anything to protect Scientology, I would like to hear that side as well.
    Love the podcast.

    Thank you…Kevin

Another great episode, love your dedication and articulating of the facts and of course the banter!

This has been on my mind since Episode 1, John Travolta thanked MD Anderson Cancer Center for the care they showed Kelly. Isn’t it against Scientology beliefs to go to traditional medical practices? How would the Scientologist feel about Johns statement?

    Hey!
I love the podcast and find it all so interesting. I wanted to give you a heads up that there have been some funky editing mishaps in the past couple episodes. For instance, chunks of audio repeating right away or even chunks of audio randomly appearing in another part of the discussion. I’m sure you’re getting alerted by others, but just in case you aren’t I thought I should. It’s nothing that ruins the show. 😀

    great as always!

    Fascinating and heart-wrenching.

A suggestion…would you all be able to cover Marty Rathbun and his back and forth relationship with Scientology?

  • Colleen says:

What fascinates me the most is that the “enforcers” are never arrested for kidnapping and harassment. Why are these people immune from prosecution for the crimes they commit? I would love to hear that addressed on one of the shows. PS, I work in DTSP near the St. Petersburg Scientology Center. It’s creepy.

LOVE this podcast. You both do an incredible job of digging deeper than you were able to on the TV show. One thing I’d love to hear you discuss as some point is the similarities between Scientology and the NXVIM cult. From an observers perspective, they used the Scientology handbook to a tee in order to draw in Hollywood celebs and other high-wealth individuals to bankroll their fuckery. They also had their own version of fair game and all kinds of awful and abusive tactics with followers. A deep dive on the similarities would be really interesting!

I just wanted to let you know that in the local adverts that were inserted into my download by your distribution partners was an advertisement for a Scientology adjacent cult: chiropractic practitioners (feel free to email me if you want to know what company, or what region)… Not sure, but I don’t think that was something you would be cool with.

  • Manon Gauthier says:

I was at the receiving end of Scientology harassment tactics, and I was not even a Scientologist. I was only someone that said NO to them, and to leave me alone, and for my trouble, I got followed. I’m wondering if there are any policies regarding recruitment tactics to kind of exhaust a subject into agreeing to come in?
